Lovely, comfortable villa with all the amenities that you would need and a great pool and hot tub. It’s in an excellent position with forest, beach resorts, cracking golf course (Royan) and amazing French villages all nearby. There is a comprehensive visitor guide in the Villa which gave us some great tips and ideas for days out (Talmont and Mornac are well worth a trip). A walk through the forest path to the patisserie in St Augustin for the daily baguette is a perfect way to start the day.

A truly lovely and relaxing place to stay. The villa is excellently equipped and has a beautiful pool and hot-tub. It is situated within very easy reach of fabulous villages, towns and the coast.

Beautiful luxury villa with pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing after exploring the coast or country. This was my first trip to this part of France and it was delightful. There is something for everyone small villages with poppies by the roadside and clean beaches where you can swim safely in the sea. Royan with it’s magnificent marina and bustling market and is well worth a visit especially for fresh local produce…..all the ingredients for a perfect holiday!

After a very comfortable night’s sleep at the villa, the early morning swim in the villa’s secluded pool was the perfect way to start the day. It was so relaxing, swimming to the accompaniment of bird song in this peaceful location.

A short journey to Royan’s artisan market provided fresh produce for the holiday, the friendly stall holders were very patient whilst I purchased items using my very rusty French!

The villa is perfectly located for a variety of excursions, we included wine tasting, sunbathing on local beaches and a wonderful trip to Le Château – Ile d’Oleron. I didn’t want to leave and would definitely recommend this villa for a wonderful holiday for families or a group of friends to enjoy.

This villa is luxury accommodation in an attractive area. The villa is well equipped with all you need. The pool is large and there is a lovely jacuzzi. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Enjoyed a lovely relaxing break with friends. There is plenty of space so we could get together but still enjoy our own privacy .

Enjoyed a lovely break in La Villa Four earlier this month, great place to relax in the sunshine around the pool whilst enjoying the lovely scenery surrounding the villa. There is also a forest next to the villas if you enjoy a little walk. There are lots of options of nice bars and restaurants to eat in the towns nearby as well as the villa’s barbecue to use if you fancy a night in. Enjoyed drinks in the hot tub most nights and it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend!
